Overcrowding an issue at some Worcester elementary schools

WORCESTER – With one school pushed past its limit and others on the brink, school administrators are looking into ways to alleviate overcrowding at the elementary school level. The School Committee is scheduled to vote Thursday night on a request by the administration to solicit proposals for new leased space to take on some of the overflow of students at Chandler Elementary Community School.
